Victor has spent over 15 years on the frontlines of care, supporting both vulnerable adults and the dedicated carers who work with them. Appointed Registered Manager during the height of the pandemic in 2020, Victor led with courage and compassion. Today, he continues to champion quality care across Hampshire, providing guidance, structure, and heartfelt leadership to our domiciliary care teams.
